Bright Mothers Scholarship

UPDATED 2019/2020

Bright Mothers is a non-profit based out of Temecula, California and helps create brighter futures for women and their children through higher education. Single student mothers are often faced with significant financial obstacles that make it difficult for them to persist to graduation. We invest in these women to improve their rate of college attainment and increase earning power, which leads to a range of benefits.

To be eligible recipients must:
- Be single mothers
- Be enrolled full time (12 or more units) at Mesa College
- Have a minimum cumulative Mesa GPA of 2.5

Immediate release of full award (May of this 2020)
Scholarship funds are available four to six weeks after scholarships are announced.
